call them, or pm johny cyber_tech or @power with ur invoice number & relax man at least its getting built hopefully the right way cause day by day they probably build 100+ computers so chances are alot more slim of getting a working computer then CP having stuff on back order which means they will spend more time with it & less likely ur computer will be a expensive doorstop

We are sorry to hear that your build is being delayed due to the video card currently being on backorder.  We are working with our vendors to get the video card in stock as quickly as possible, so that we can get your computer fully built and send it out to you.  Please keep in touch with your Sales representative for any updates on the status of the build.  Your Sales representative can be reached at (800) 707-0393.

You may want to contact your Sales representative at (800) 707-0393 for further details as to why your expected ship date has been pushed back.  We would like you to be aware that it is possible for your computer to be fully assembled, tested, and ready to ship out before the expected ship date.

John Y.

Your company should put up  a sticky post or somewhere on the site where you detail the process your builders do on each pc ordered. This way there is no confusion to what does CP consider a quality check.

boneshiqua,

Thank you for your suggestion.  We will take this into consideration.  Each computer that is assembled has an operating system installed, has all drivers installed, and is then tested with various programs to ensure that all devices and drivers function properly.  Once it has been verified that all components and drivers work correctly, the computer is then ready to be shipped out.  If the computer was purchased without an operating system, the hard drive will be formatted after testing.  As for now, customers may use the "Order Status" button, at the top of page, to view their order status or call their Sales representatives at (800) 707-0393 to receive details on the build.
