We have purchased 2 comp's for cyber power, The 2nd 2 yrs ago. after sending back this summer for defect. cooling , Now it does not recognize the OS. ??? we have called tech support and they were no help except to say we should have been shipped recovery CD card that we can pay for now ??? I have sent messages to tech support and to the Pres. and to the dispute res. center. NO Return. NO HELP. Have 2 cyber power comp's sitting in the garage that I can't use.

I have a problem like yours. I had a bad hardrive but no recovery disk. Now they want $33 to get me one. So I have a computer with no OS and completely useless.
