My AMD 940 with the V8 is stable at 3.7 so just watch your temps, make sure everything is good, even use the BIOS temps if possible.  They post a bit hotter then what they really are but they are as reliable as it gets.  Good luck and good OCin!

bios temp is the best..and most accurate i believe..
