How soon should I stress test my system after getting it?

Apparently, depending on what sort of thermal paste was used, I should wait a week or more for it to cure before running a stress test

I let mine run for 24 hours or so then I did all the testing, starting with the Memtest86 -7 passes, Furmark -4, then did Prime95 - 4 hours..then used Heaven 3.0 for the DX.  Then I Overclocked GPU and 25 intervals to 10% redid testing as I went using Furmark and Heaven. Overclocked CPU 10%  , tested with prime95.  No errors, artifacts, etc Frio cooler still running only at 60%
