Though I've been working in cybersecurity for a decade, I'm coming from an ancient "gaming" laptop so I'm very wide-eyed and giggly simply seeing this computer run an antivurs scan and look like it's at idle. It arrived beautifully and without blemish. After checking could nnections, it booted without issue. Finally, after running updates, setting drivers, and left running for 48 hours without problems or leaks, I'm in awe of its performance. I will of course add more ram, fans, etc as time allows but this computer is simply fantastic.

I like that I was getting informed and that it didn't have a big delay [just an extra day]. The customer service was accessible and didn't make me wait for too long. I would say that the website it is a bit lacking. I remember wanting to buy this computer before [with the custom features I added] but there was an error and the recommended features were not working properly. I'm not an expert about computers so having that problem with having not the wrong recommendation was bad and made me hesitate my purchase. It would be a good idea to upgrade the look of the website, and the preview model of the computer we are customizing. Those would be my recommendations

Willis Leung from sales department recommended me to buy the Hyper Liquid Core for the PC to be better built. I know the case is small, but you guys could of done A LOT MORE with the liquid tubing than what you did. Another thing is that I got a 10% OC for the CPU, and guess what? The CPU clock speed is stock..Also the cables are not properly managed. I was expecting a lot more, specially for the price I payed, will definitely not recommend you guys to anyone or buy here again.

Other than having to re-seat my graphics card, it was a good build. Didn't like the fact that they screwed the HDD caddy to the case and I had to remove the power supply to move them around.
