Everything from start to finish was acceptable. However, the lack of shipping options was rough. UPS is terrible. I know Cyber power doesn’t have control over that. They tried delivering on a day no one was home and a signature was required. I thought no problem, I’ll go pick it up at a control point. However, UPS doesn’t accommodate for that. I had to wait an entire day for my purchase that was sitting in a warehouse. I called at least four different phone numbers and spoke with a number a different people just to find out where my package was. This was extremely frustrating as the PC was a very special gift for a loved one. My recommendation for your customers would be to choose a different courier that can treat your customers better.

The system itself is great. The CPU cooler fan wasn't installed properly though when I received the computer. Easy fix though!
